University 政策 and Procedures Manual

Welcome to the University 政策 and Procedures Manual (“UPPM”). The UPPM is the official repository of University policies and procedures. 请参阅 政策指导方针 for more details about the UPPM and University policy-making protocols.

从历史上看, the University had implemented University-wide policies through a collection of Presidential Memoranda (“PMs”). All active PMs have now been updated and converted to the UPPM format, as appropriate. Also included in the UPPM are links to University department and division policies. These departmental and divisional policies will supplement the University-wide policies of the UPPM.

注意:  Due to organizational changes, all policy references to University Advancement are replaced with Institutional Advancement, all policy references to 信息rmation Resource Management (IRM) are replaced with the Office of 信息技术 (OIT), all policy references to Senior Vice President, 通信 & Marketing are replaced with Vice President, 公共事务, all policy references to Vice President, Facilities and Vice President, Executive Operations are replaced with Vice President, 行政事务, all policy references to the Vice President, Public Service and Vice President, 学生事务 are replaced with Vice President, 学生事务 & 登记管理, all policy references to the Director of Purchasing are replaced with the Director of Procurement, all policy references to the Office of Student Development & Activities are replaced with Student Involvement and Leadership (SIL), all policy references to the Assistant Vice President, Public 安全 shall be replaced with the Vice President, 行政事务, all policy references to the Senior Vice President, Strategic Relations shall be replaced with the Executive Director, 政府关系, and references to the Senior Vice President, 金融 & 政府 or (Senior)Vice President, 金融事务 shall be replaced with the Chief Financial Officer.  除了, all policy references within all 人力资源 and employment-related policies and in the Naming of University Elements policy to the Senior Vice President, 金融 & 政府, the Senior Vice President, 金融事务 or the Vice President, 金融事务, shall be replaced with the Vice President, 行政事务.  更新 to the Responsible Authorities due to organizational and title changes can be found 在这里.
